Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Personal training packages

  • Online coaching programs

  • Digital products

  • Assessments

  • Customized training plans

  • Memberships or subscriptions

By purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Session Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur.

Sessions may be rescheduled when reasonable notice is provided and the reason is considered legitimate, including:

  • Medical issues

  • Injury

  • Family emergency

  • Business travel

  • Vacation or travel commitments

Approval of extensions or rescheduling remains at the discretion of FIT TO FLY COACHING LLC.

Missed Sessions

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in the session being counted as completed.

Package Validity

Package validity periods apply as stated at the time of purchase.

Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
